一直觉得素食的女人很美。 身边的吃素的朋友不少， 而吃素的女人尤其美。 是美，不只是漂亮。

 

素食美女A: 极有文艺才情， 热心公益， 有领导力，组织力。
在工作上独当一面，在公益活动上亦相当出色。素食让她总是那么有活力，同一时间做着好多事情，照样活力四射。
她眉宇间的不是女强人的刚硬，散发的是优雅＋noble的气质。

 

素食美女B:
曾经的商界女能人，如今在家相夫教子。听说她在没吃素前身体一直不太好，可能和长期在商界有关。后来她换了一种生活方式，第一步就是吃素。我认识她的时候她已经是位素食美女了。所以刚才写道的以前都是“据说”。呵呵。

认识她的时候她刚素食不久，而我看到她皮肤变得越来越好，　人也越来越年轻有活力（这可不是盖得，连俺那有点小木纳的老爸也这么说）　

她对我有很多帮助，　学生的时候常去她家吃饭喝茶，她做的菜好吃极了，每次去都大享口服。她真的很会做素菜，她做的那些豆腐，素火锅，比素菜馆的还棒！　可惜那时没向她多讨教一些，　不过想来现在不少饮食的习惯是受她影响。

在她家饮茶，看她表演茶道　，大家每次都聊的很开心。

后来她找到了位很棒的如意郎君，　生了一个超级聪明的素宝宝，　现在已经三岁了。

她是一位老师，　看上去比实际年龄要小十岁，话说回来我认识的素美女们基本上都比实际年龄看上去要小个七八岁。曾经不知在哪看到文章说吃素的女人容易老，经实践检验－－根本就是胡扯！

有点扯远了，话说回C美女，她身上特有一种清纯的美，和她聊天觉得很舒服。　据说不少帅哥们都对她趋之若鹜,Miumiu bags。　她不是漂亮，但是有种纯净的美。挺有日剧里女主角的恬淡气质。最吸引我的是她对自己理想的认真与专一，具有感染力。

Q是个素食主义者，本以为她不沾荤只是为了保持纤瘦的体形，谁知背后的原因更具意义，原来她以前看了一本书，里面提到第三世界的人因为要将种植的作物送到发达国家作为那里家畜的饲料，而使得他们自己饱受饥荒的煎熬，另一方面，家畜带来的污染和庞大的用地量，也影响了整个生态环境。这些原因使得心地善良的Maggie从此再也不忍心吃肉了。

　　她还手比划着形容道：“现代人饲养动物的方法也好不人道，他们将许多禽畜密集地困在一起，只用化学饲料喂养，以求它们快速生长，真的好残忍，其实动物也有权利啊，人类在动物不能反抗的情况下剥夺它们的权利，实在不恰当。”
Maggie边说还边做了一个很痛苦的表情。“不过，对自己而言，不吃肉也很有好处呢。食素之后，全身都好像轻了许多，其实我们应该少吃点肉，就拿一份牛排为例，身体要将其完全分解吸收最起码要四到五天，这无疑是加重身体的负担嘛。”

她还热衷公益，在拍摄电影中建议导演使用人造皮毛，　积极参加保护月熊的活动，真是赞，赞，赞啊！
